The girls golf team will finally have their first tournament of the season next Monday, April 29th.  Our conference match will be at a Course in Sauk Centre.  Rachael Clem, Haley Woodrich, and Lexie Clark will be 3 of our starters and then we will be playing an invitational at St. Peter on Tues, April 30th.   The girls have been patiently waiting for the good weather.   Im excited to see what is in store for us this year!!  Stay tuned .......Go Rockets!!

Girls golf will have no practice on April 9th, Tuesday.  Wednesday, the 10th we will meet in the gym and Thurs and Friday we will be at the golf course.  Hoping the weather works out for the rest of the week.  Monday, the girls will have a scrimmage match against Fridley and Tuesday, the 16th we will have our first CMC conference match at Albion Ridges in Annandale.   Go Rockets!!

       The 2013 season is fast approaching and I would like to encourage any girls interested in our golf program to come to the Spring Sports Meeting on March 4th at 6 p.m.   It should be an exciting season with some returning players as well as some new faces.  I emphasize the importance of any girls in the middle school thinking about  golf, to come out and try something new.  We are hoping for some warm weather so we can get out to our new driving range at Shamrock.    Looking forward to seeing you all ........Go Rockets

                     I would like to take this time to introduce myself.  My name is Kirsten Larson and I am the new girls golf coach for Rockford High School.  I have not met any of the Rocket golfers yet, but I am excited about the new season.  Hope to see you all at the Spring Sports Meeting on March 5th!  GO ROCKETS!!!!
